Rene Gracia believes in the transformative and unifying power of architecture. With more than 25 years of experience spanning commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential design, he brings a thoughtful balance of creativity and expertise to every project. As the founding partner and principal of RGD+B, Rene guides each home from concept to completion, blending form, function, and a deep connection to nature to create spaces that inspire.

Born in Mexico City, his passion for design was shaped by the vibrant culture and rich architecture of his surroundings. Today, his approach is informed by a lifelong curiosity and a commitment to designing homes that reflect the unique rhythms of his clients’ lives. When he’s not designing, Rene enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, kite surfing, skiing, and sketching ideas for his next project and everyday life.

Amber leads the financial management of RGD+B and finds inspiration in seeing designs evolve from vision to reality. She values collaboration and believes in the power of a team-driven process to create distinctive living experiences. With a background in architecture, strategic planning, and international business, Amber brings a well-rounded perspective to the firm, its clients, and its work.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Management with a focus on Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Latin American Studies from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. Beyond her role at RGD+B, Amber has served on various boards and enjoys hiking, gardening, writing, and exploring the natural world.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, production management and account service, Isaac Padilla brings strong organizational and accounting skills to RGD+B and its clients. He enjoys using technology to improve efficiency and help teams work smarter. As Managing Director at RGD+B, Isaac oversees client management and internal operations, including construction budgets, IT efforts and marketing.

Before joining the RGD+B team, Isaac worked in marketing and production roles for 7-Eleven, Inc., and CINCO Strategy Group, where his client list included Cargill, Cricket Wireless, and Rent-A-Center. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Board for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) North Texas. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys traveling, especially to Spain and Mexico, and watching true-crime documentaries and horror movies. He lives in Dallas with his partner, Abe, and two dogs, Andy and Penny.

As Principal Architect at RGD+B, Kenneth Hollifield finds fulfillment in watching projects progress from schematic design to final delivery, bringing clients’ visions and expectations to life. With 35 years of experience, he has worked in many construction types, across many municipalities. Kenneth is knowledgeable in building codes and skilled in finding unique and creative solutions to problems.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies degree in Construction Sciences - Architecture from Texas A&M University. He has been a registered architect for 25 years. Kenneth serves his community as a member of the P&Z Board for The City of Murphy, Texas, and leads the Architectural Review Committee for his homeowner’s association. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his black lab, Coal, and working on his vintage vehicles: a 1970 Mustang Mach 1, 1973 GMC RV, and 1997 SAAB 900 SE.

As Senior Construction Manager at RGD+B, Cesar brings more than 20 years of experience leading projects from concept through completion. He oversees every phase of construction, from planning and execution to final closeout, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Cesar is known for his collaborative approach and enjoys working closely with teams, clients, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges and bring each project to life.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Texas, and is a National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional, CGP. Outside of work, Cesar enjoys live music, attending plays and concerts, and spending quality time with his family.
